I'm surprised they put this little critter in a museum, as I've seen a similar one working Winnipeg's Union station. Might even have a picture of it somewhere. Otherwise the photo speaks for itself - just love that VIA yellow on a tractor!

...with 2 VIAs pulling the sleigh, up the hills we go, shooting all the way! Loto Quebec 6414 promo F40 leading VIA 14 on a very pleasant Sunday morning following our huge snow storm which dumped nearly 2 feet of snow.
Although it's now in a museum, not that long ago, in 2002 actually, these FP9u's were still working in revenue service. Today VIA has one on the roster, used as shop switcher in Vancouver.

When VIA bought the Ren. equippement, they purchased shells, so they made a baggage car out of some of them. This could of easily been a sleeper or a coach... Think of it as a modeler buying a shell for kitbashing except in 1:1 size.
