Recently CP has experienced a small surge of N&W hoppers in Saskatoon, i.e. 7 at a time. Most are still in NW colors, and a couple have been patches NS. This looks to be an older one, but I'm no NW expert to judge, as I've never seen NW before moving to Saskatoon, a bit ironic as this is far...
I'm not sure who RALSON-JEFFERSON is, but I've seen such hoppers on CN before in the wacky IC 76xxxx series roster, which includes all kind of Co-op oddballs, ex-CNW, ex-Rock and other fallen flag hoppers not to mention CN & IC/ICG ones.
Interstingly this one even has CP reporting marks!
THB is well and alive... in Saskatoon? That's right, seen a couple of these THB hoppers already. Taking into account that the THB was taken over by CP in the late 80s its pretty remarkable its still around and not patched over by CP. Oddly enought I visited THB's home this summer: Toronto...

The rear of a CBNS freight turns a curve as the train drives on the fine line under the hill and above the marsh that leads into the ocean. If you look carefully you'll see a road in the top left corner, I've railfanned that spot before; here is the other view of the same curve...
I thought I've seen a lot of junk at the scrap yard, but this one is still working! I think its still used in Revenue service, thus isn't even MOW! Judging by the freshly applied rpeorting marks (now visible well here), it and about a dozen hoppers just like it, will be rolling for a long time...
