Talgo leaves Portland

Amtrak's Talgo leaves Portland.
I hate to nitpick, but it looks to me like it's leaving the Vancouver, WA station heading towards Portland. The only way to tell with the Talgo is the lights, but with the red lights showing on the cab car, it appears to be heading away from us. I'm pretty certain that's the Vancouver, WA platform next the bridger over the Columbia River, on the outskirts of Portland.

My son took this shot in Oct. or Nov. 2001. I thought he told me it was Portland but then he was staying in Portland and I probably misunderstood him.

Thanks for the info. I will correct the notes on the slide.

BTW I usually credit him when I post one of his slides but didn't do it this time.
