New Rocky monument at Whitefish Montana,at depot ,old Whitefish Great Northern Bus,in back ground.10/2006 . they have done a frist class disply of there G.N. roots in this town.

Very Nice- they didn't have that statue up last year when I went up there- guess I'll have to get back up there next summer. :d BTW, what's with the GN bus?

Yeah, what's the deal with the GN bus (or whatever it is) in the background? It's strange that there's no windows in the back half of the "bus".

On the way to Chicago on #8 they didnt have any thing on the rock he is standing on ,on the way back on #7 you stop there at night and they had stainless steel letters on both sides Great Northern what a shot that would have been ,but as things go i took my old camera and forgot how it likes a diet of batterys and had used them all up!Missed alot of good shots all the way back from that mistake,
