Its quite a place, but UP should think about speeding it up a little. Slow orders were defintley the order of the day while I was there (JULY 02) and with good reason looking at the state of the track.

Two questions: 1. Is JOSO an abbreviation? 2. Is it possible some of those locos could be deliveries to the destination this train is headed?
