It may be that since CSXT SD40 4617 got onto WSOR property WSOR leased out these WSOR SD20'S to CSXT or it could be that when CSXT ordered the ballast it just so happened that it was on the WSOR & the WSOR power just ran through. Whatever the reason it sure was a treat to see these WSOR SD20'S way down here in the south. I only know of maybe 2 other times I've seen WSOR power on CSXT lineups, but this is the 1st time I've ever seen WSOR power this far south.
