Upon the containers and GEVO's passing by there's an old depo hidden in town. There's even two Geeps, a GP38-2 (CP 3061) and a GP9u of THB heritage (CP 1686) standing by.
Just another day on the railroad as LLPX 2269 leads the daily train under the overpass. More information and video can be found here:

Once this was an IC GP40, but then CN sold it and LLPX made it into a GP38-2. Oddly 2259 looks different then the 2269 whom its leading:

Two LLPX GP38-2's (2269 & 2259) lead a trio of HATX SD45-2's (910, 907, 912) over the marsh. Do to heavy grades this is not uncommon, especially with 30+ cars.
A CBNS E/B is met by a crew of city workers/contractors/RR workers (not sure which one) who were mowing the trackside grass! Needless to say they had to move. Note that the huge lash-up with 3 SD45-2's was lead by a GP15-1! One of the big boys, HATX 914 was recently released from the shops after...
Probably one of the most common lesor units of all time - EMD Leasing/GATX/LLPX GP38-2. CBNS has two of them on lease and this is the cleaner one! Leading a HATX SD45-2 and 9 tankers. Note the waterbottles on the hood.

SCR 228 & 217, both GP38-2's are the power for the coal train. The unloading method seems to be moving 6 cars at the time. The are on the unloading loop.
The coal loading facility at Sydney, NS.
They're unloading from ship into railcars which then will be passed on from SCR to CBNS and finally to CN. Don't know if you can tell from the photo, but this is a loop. This is done twice daily apparently Monday-Friday using those cute green GP38-2's...
One of the hundred GP38-2s EMD took back from Conrail in 1987 after a 15 year lease expired.
Many ended up on the BN for a time in the early
1990s with EMD reporting marks.
