BNSF 7537 leads the ZSSECHC train out of East Skykomish and up the 2.2% grade. The speed limit for freight trains is 20mph and the sharp curves are the leading cause of this restriction. The train had a non stop trip to Winton, WA where it was held up for track maintenance. The train arrived...

train PR2 running up the East Providence Branch with cars for Metals USA,
Pond View Recycling and Atlantic Plywood

BNSF Work Train at East Thomas, Al. BNSF is doing some tie & rail replacing at East Thomas Yard & this is the work train that was on duty working with the track maintenance gang.
Sutherland's East yard is pretty empty in this picture. You can see the car washing facility in the distance and the lumber spur to the left.

This U-EVEROO had an interesting departure from Vancouver.. Needless to say, it was already a rough start to the outbound crew that was on BNSF #3008.. They had to take a loaded garbage train from Wishram to the landfill.. Just a stinkin' bad way to begin your day!!!!!!!!
Here is the BNSF 7685 east of Drano lake on the Fallbridge Sub. I was hoping for a westbound here at the SP&S Publicity curve, but alas I got a E/B M-VBCPAS instead.. Oh well, there is a next time.
