Railfanning commuter rail from coast to coast, Metro North is a favorite of mine as their roster stands out. No F40s/F59s/MP40s and derivatives that everyone else seems to be running. Instead theyre using GE P32s - AMTRAK is the only other Railroad running them.

Ancient FL-9s were used beforehand. I found a carcass of one in Utica through Google, resting just outside of town: http://tinyurl.com/36g7b92 MNCR 2031 is used as a parts source along with 2007 & 2018, to keep Adirondack Scenics cowls running.
Took me a week to get all the sticky weeds off my jacket, well worth it through.
