Sioux City, Iowa. Not many locomotives in this area look as clean as the three were that day. Most trains that come through my town (I see most of them since my office window looks out at the tracks)are working and not dressed up. Also, It is not easy to get a decent background in Iowa and I liked the scene--just hit my fancy at the time. No real historic significance.
