A westbound waits at Mukilteo WA during the 'Amtrak Hour', what crews call the evening rush of two Sound Transit commuter trains, the Amtrak Empire Builder, and Amtrak Cascades service between Seattle and Everett WA. These four passenger trains bring regular freight movements to a standstill between 5:00 and 6:15 pm during the week.
