It is possible in Estonia because of its broad gauge and therefore very wide light profile. On normal gauge in other EU contries axle load is too high and all tunnels are too small. Not to speak about UK - therefore UK class 66 (EMD Canadian build) is so small to fith UK light gauge .Normal EMD export locmotives are used in Slovenia, Croatia,..(mostly EMD and licence build) and in Greece (beautifull ALCO's).
