Former ATSF 2772 & 2793, part of the 249 strong GP7 Santa Fe fleet. With Central Kansas Railway gone for over a decade now, I was pleasantly surprised to find CRL 903 still wearing CKR paint. Lots of Geeps on various OmniTrax properties sub-lettered for Central Kansas out West: CTRW 1006, 1040 & 1064 (OVR paint) on Carlton Trail, HBR 2506-2509 (on Carlton Trail, Hudson Bay & Great Western). Note CRL 1460 SW14 (nee IC SW9) trailing, CRL 15 GP18 (nee Chicago Rock Island & Pacific) & CRL 1700 (ex-SP GP9R) in the background. PWTX 1326 worked for RailAmerica out of New Mexico, North Carolina & Alabama for 28 years, before becoming the resident switcher at the Prairie West Terminal outside of Saskatoon. Both engines will be 60 years old next year and show no sign of quitting.
