CP had a fleet of 44 MLW M636s - ALCO's response to the SD45. Only three survive today, one on Delaware–Lackawanna, a CAT re-power on Minnesota Commercial and this 'preserved' example in Farnham. Back when CP used to serve the Maritimes this was a hub on the Eastern mainline, connecting Montreal, Maine, Vermont and CN to the North. MMA now runs the show, with various B Boats working the branches, C30-7s on the mainline.
