Warbonnet 809 glides through Seattle's King Street Station. No trainwatching allowed on this day. This was as close as I get to the platform with my camera.

Very somber, I like this view. It almost looks like the engine is 'SaFe'; I love these unintentional happenstances in photography...

Not only was I somber that day, I was also dejected that the security force was in force that day. I am too spoiled by the ease of access to the platform at Fullerton. They wouldn't even let me look at the tracks. We (my wife and I) were heading home on the Coast Starlight after an Alaskan cruise. The Starlight was late leaving Seattle due to a late arrival earlier that morning. I felt like this guys looks.

Dang Greenthumb!!! Another fab shot!!! This has a clear mood to it... Somber is my only description for it, because words can't describe... That fella walking with his head down... Color definately would not work for this shot, you've chosen the right medium!!! There are so many elements in this photo... The fact that you can't see the guys face, the letters line up on the loco, Sa, Fe, the single baggage cart, single loco, the disrepair look with all the construction stuff on the right... Wow!!! This needs to go into a photo contest!!!
