The desert brush provides fall colors as UP 5403 (DPU) follows a heavy manifest train down Cajon Pass on the Palmdale Cutoff just below CP Silverwood. This train is bound for West Colton, California. Image captured on Oct 18th 2008, which was a beautiful autumn day.
