IPSCO 6195 pushed CPR gondolas loaded with scrap to the CP interchange.
Not the coupler on the left, the poor hopper is on its side! Not sure if the construction equippement is used in wrecking or itself retired. These derelict CN cabooses were resting nearby, perhas even 10 feet to the right: http://tinyurl.com/6c6c7t
I got quite upset with them, when visitng the 2nd time around, as from a distance they looked like a snowplow...
This engine isn't in the '05 CTG, maybe the '08 version will have something. Looks like an ex-CP SW1200RS to me.

Wasn't this a CPR shop goat at Weston Shops in Winnipeg at one time?

Could be as it's ex-CP 6195, nee CP 6716 SW900 retired by CP 7/2003. It was at Railside Locomotive Services in Winnipeg before coming to IPSCO, I never did manage to get a photo of it in Winnipeg.
