It's an ALCO RSD-5 owned by Doyle McCormack. It's usually at the Brooklyn Roundhouse in Portland, Oregon. But the Portland & Western WAS leasing it, until it started to have problems, so it needs to go back to the roundhouse. I think it was an originally a Utah Railway loco.
