Providence & Worcester is operating 8 coal trains origintating at the Port of Providence, RI and destined for the AES power plant in Johnson City, NY. The train will travel the P&W, NECR, VTR, CP (D&H) and NS to get to it\'s destination. Here the fourth coal train is heading north on the NECR Palmer Sub in Franklin, CT, passing MP 24. P&W power will pull the train the entire trip.
