The only other place I can think of that had the such problem as the one depicted there was Goose Island in Chicago. It has long since been abandoned but I have a video that shows a local having to stop and go find the driver of the truck who eventually moved it out of the way. Industry railroading, what a headache for the crews but a fun spectacle to take in for railfans.
