Default Everyone ok?

Just waking up here at 5:30am and hearing that Salinas, KS and alot of other points in KS and NB got hit real hard with Tornado's over night. I remember that a bunch of you live do that around those parts, so i thought i would check in on you all. Hope all is good.

I live 26 miles east of Salina Ks, no damage over here, one storm passed 7 miles northwest of town, one later went to the south. Wichita got hit hard by a huge tornado

We're all good here in this part of NE, just some winds, lightning and thunder along with almost 3" of wet stuff.

Salinas California has no tornadoes and no trains to speak of.

Still waiting to see how the evening shakes out here in W. WI. Looks like we are the target for the day. Sun has warmed things up here to 75 and climbing, dewpoint is above 60 and winds are gusting over 40 on my gauge right now. When something fires today get out of its way.

PS Local weather office thought it is a smart thing to take the radar offline for a week+ for upgrades - in the middle of tornado season. So no radar except the remote ones.

The line of storms really lost all its energy and by the time it got to St. Louis, it was just a minor rain event.

Bullet dodged. Winds have been way to strong all day, blew the storms apart and never let them get fired up.
