Default Southern, the Green Antlered Geep.

You may know Dasher and Rudolph, but do you know "Southern, the green antlered Geep"?

Okay, so the purists will moan and groan about the Geep, but the kids all got a big kick out of it.
The Mayborn Museum in Waco is hosting a large christmas-themed train exhibit starting today through December 17. Most model scales represented.
I've been helping the Central Texas Area Model Railroaders out with their G scale setup. Someone brought a pair of green reindeer antlers, and we ran a train with the antlers all day. The kids loved it.

IN the first photo, we have the Green Antlered Geep.
Second, we have RRF'er "txrailfan" and another railfan from Houston giving a 122 car N scale coal train a rollby. It broke in two just after I snapped the shot

OMG! That picture is not very flattering...

Thanks for the train ride Bradley - my kids loved it! Oh and BTW, Dan's BBQ was great! Wish you could have joined us, but maybe next time. Also, make sure you tell your dad Happy Birthday for us.

Hope to catch you again soon...
