    The new order for the ES44ACs is already arriving. BNSF 5847 - 5853 are already on the property so I imagine the numbers will reach into the 6000s!!!!

    Ok, I was wondering what those units were a part of. It's interesting that they came before we knew about the 240 unit order.

    COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know where BNSF's SD70ACe's going to work??? Anywhere in Montana?????? Does BNSF have any plans on where the ES44AC's are going to work??

    The SD70ACe's and the ES44AC's will all work in and around Nebraska, you knowm on coal trains. These new orders are all AC's so naturaly they'll be sent to coal service. With all these AC's headed down there BNSF will be able to send back some of the DC's into intermodal service again.
