It looks like that this is a US-based forum. Well, although I'm from England and use the railways there regularly and write about my experiences of using trains and buses on my walking blog, I do have an interest in international railways...I must admit that I watch a lot of driver's cab videos online, and love studying route maps.
I live in a town in northern England which is a major railway junction; a couple of internationally renowned steam locomotives, The Flying Scotsman, and The Mallard, were built here.
