#1 least the TV weather guys will have something to foam about. :p

And while roaming about the forum instead of being trackside, I decided that this sub-forum needed some attention.

So today I took liberties  with a recent favorite .

Desaturated/greyscale, increase color depth, adjust color temp to 'warm' a smidge, adjust histogram and contrast, resize and sharpen. Let it stew for a few, chew, then save it before I screw it up.....;)

Ken I got caught in the flooding of I-10 last Friday (July 3rd). It took me 2 1/2 hours to get from east beltway 8 & I-10 to I-10 & Fry Rd (Katy) on our way to San Antonio.

I didn't get to see one train in SA...

Mark, it rained heavy here in Beaumont yesterday.

the pump (yes, pump) in the backyard (1 of 2 actually) is blown, the GFCI won't stay up. That means that the area along the fence is quite deep and stays that way for a long time.

Our white dog doesn't stay that way long....until she runs back in and gets in bed with us, cleaning herself on the sheets......

gotta fix that pump...but I need it to dry up 1st. is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to - An online railroad bookstore featuring a curated selection of new and used railroad books.
