Hello, I would like to know a few things. But first, I need to tell you a little about myself. I live near Lexington KY and I have lived in my town since I was born. It is mainly NS stuff here. I help a friend that is the custodian for the ATCS from Cin,OH to Danville KY. If anybody is to visit in this area send me an e-mail and I would be glad to show you around. I just got married a month ago and my wife is from IL and we just went there for her family reunion. Now, my question is I went train watching for about 3 hours and it would have been nice to know somebody from that area who could have gave me some info about the lines that were there. I was in Mount Vernon & Centralia IL. I was trying to find out the CN & UP radio frequencies for the road channel. I knew what NS channel are. So, if you are someone that knows that area and could give me some info. I would appreciate it. Also, what forum would I use to just try to reach out to others in certain states/areas?

And once again if you are to come in my area I would be happy to show/talk/text any questions you would like to know. I think they should come up with forum for the hard core rail buff where we could talk to each other if we happen to be in there town. I think that makes it nice and it saves time when you are not from there, and to have someone to give you information that would be very helpful while you are there. Thanks
