Since the storm on 29 June 2012, and the higher temps, have noticed reduction in rail traffic on the Mountain Sub at Oakland MD, MP232.7, have also noticed when trains do run they are running at very slow speed. Is their trouble on the tracks or some other reason for lack of activity and speed reduction.
