That first one would make a beautiful wall hanging. Maybe like 42 X 36 inches. Did you have dig yourself out after the 90mph train went by? Great shots lovely day. TZ

Very nice, especially that first one. One day I'm going to have to travel far enough north to try pictures in the snow..

Thanks for the nice comments. The first shot was against the sun and it had the edge of the cloud lit up nicely. One of the rare times you hope the sun stays in the clouds. Just as the train arrived it started to break from behind the clouds. It started to blow the snow out but lit the powder up.


Did you have dig yourself out after the 90mph train went by? TZ
If there is fresh snow they'll give you a pretty good blast of powder. You just cover the camera and turn away from the wind. What is surprising is how quiet they are approaching at that speed.
