I have a large photo page on Flickr, dealing mainly with photos of Asia taken in the 1950s. an ebay scammer has been stealing my photos off the page, and making fake slides to sell to unsuspecting buyers. While my stolen photos are all ones of 1950's Hong Kong, I notice that he sells lots of old Railroad slides, too, so I wanted to warn any prospective buyers here. Before he blocked me from bidding on his fakes, I was able to obtain one of my own slides he faked, and I did a detailed examination of it on my Flickr page. This seller is very evasive on where he got these slides, and puts that disclaimer in his listings, but beware: What looks like a great old Kodachrome of some Railroad scene is a fake, taken off some internet source, and made by inserting a Fujichrome film strip into an old "Red Border" Kodachrome cardboard mount. Some of these old slides can go for an amazing amount of money, too. Here's how he does it:https://www.flickr.com/photos/58451159@N00/albums/72157688858744130
