A Colorado Railfan!
Well I decided to head to the BNSF Brush Subdivision, which runs between Denver, Colorado and Sterling, Colorado. Our first stop is Irondale, Colorado, where we catch the Hudson Turn ( R-COL4503-23I). Power on today's turn is two EMDX GP38-2s. We continue west into Denver and we relocate to Riverside, just outside of BNSF's 31st Yard. Our first coal empty departs with a fresh crew, but stops short due to the Market Street Local working ahead at Sand Creek. Moments later, the train finally gets the signal to proceed East to Sterling. We are now back at Irondale where the same coal empty has went into the siding for a meet, and what perfect timing it was. Both trains show up at the same time and pretty much keep on moving with no delay. Our last location is Sable, which is between Irondale and Barr. The same coal empty makes good time on his way back to Sterling and eventually the Powder River Basin.

Thanks for watching!
