    Spilled all over. The ACW did a great job of upgrading this line. This is a downhill grade for a few miles into Aberdeen. They have had no derailments since the upgrade and are a great RR.

    A wb coal train had permisson to go across the diamonds at Marion OH. A local on CSX also was given permission to cross. The local went past the signal and told the DS of the aproaching train and stopped. Thanks to the alert crew of the local a disasterous situation was avoided. The local is...
