I intended to comment on this picture the other day! I think that it is fantastic....the detail, the colours/the livery, the 'power' conveyed! STUNNING! I'd just love to Paint this!

all: the Chrome Filter/effect in PaintShop Pro turns the bright features dark, like sky and headlights, while increasing the color/saturation level on colors (things not black or white). I usually increase the saturation separately, and a general sharpening.
