BNSF 1107, east, just east of Ludlow, approaching West Ash Hill. On a clear day, one can observe trains for many miles as they travel across the Ludlow Valley.
This is on the same planet as me? Sky without smog or haze? Would love to get a backdrop half that clear. You say that you can see trains miles away so how jumpy do you get waiting for them?
 
It takes about 1/2 hour sometimes till the train get yo ya.
 
I think I would have broken the binocs by then. LOL. Guess you are pretty used to it though.
