Definitely Texas. Only place I've seen interstate ramps 50' taller than they really need to be.

Thanks for the comments and the ratings. I must admit this was not planned. I was waiting south of the tower for the Texas Eagle when I heard this train coming from the east. I had to run to get this shot. :)
