Unknown type of engines, name them?

The pic was taken when a S. Bound NS freight was passing through Buford, GA. Almost missed the pic as had been concentrating on the lead engines. The larger of the two might have been a Union Pacific unit at one time as the peeling paint appeared to be of their colors.
