TOEI (Tokyo metropolitan government bureau of transportation) 5501 is the PCC car for TODEN line #1 (Shinagawa - Ginza - Ueno), manufactured in 1954. 5501 retired in Dec.1967 and restored in May. 2007. Nowadays, TOEI preserves 5501 at
Toden-omoide-hiroba (next to Arakawa-shako stn. in Arakawa line) as exhibition.
