Lynn Nystrom, one of the mainstays of the UP steam program passed away of a massive coronary May 5th. A sad day for the UP steam crew.

I am so sorry to hear that. I spent some time talking to him at Parsons, and he was a nice gentleman. I got him to autograph two "covers" as souvenirs... RIP

Yes, RIP. Lynn will be missed by all who knew him and worked with him. I had the privalige of being his pilot west out of Elko NV on April 15th 2009.
