The Light at the end of the tunnel

The Light at the end of the tunnel

While working empty coalie BB35 home today from Port Kembla, and needing to slow the train for the turn-out into the refuge at Coal Cliff, I took the quick opportunity to snap this shot.
There is after all a light at the end of the tunnel. A single colour light type signal. We have the scattered aces (slanted row of three subsidiary yellow lights) to indicate the turn-out plus the route indicator displaying R for the refuge. Scarborough tunnel being single line causes some traffic congestion and we had to enter the refuge at Coal Cliff to allow a couple of interurban passenger trains to pass through. Fortunately, we navigated successfully through this wonky tunnel which threatens to collapse.
