Quart Pot Creek

Quart Pot Creek

During a foray into southern Queensland state in 1995 I was most fortunate to encounter the irregular QR freighter heading to Wallangarra. GL22C 2486 wearing the QR "bronco's" scheme trundles south across Quart Pot Creek.
I believe that today QR no longer treks to Wallangarra.
Wallangarra on the border between Queensland and NSW states was once the hectic rail interchange between the QR narrow gauge and NSWGR standard gauge. The NSWGR had ceased trekking to Wallangarra many years earlier.
