PSCX 15-1 SW1001

A lone SW1001 switches cars around Xcel Energy's power plant in Denver taking coal hoppers to the rotary dumper and back to the UP interchange. Note that amazing A/C set and overkill switch stand.
I can tell you this, It gets heavy service at the UP denver shops and they use UP locos in its place.

Found an entry in the book North American Locomotive Production 1968-1989 (by James T. Bradley) for an SW1001 #15-1 built in 10/73 for Public Service Co. of Colorado (PSCX), a subsidiary of Xcel Energy.
