Portland 2ft. gage

Portland 2ft. gage

Trainset operating this Memorial Day weekend 2006. The city of Portland has installed a few miles of 2ft. gage track along the waterfront, and they operate steam locomotives from the old Maine 2ft. gage logging railroads some days.
I believe the operate steam from the Edaville Railroad, which was not logging, but hauled cranberrys around the SOUTH CARVER property in MASSACHUSETTS.

Yes that's true Jay611, thank you for reminding me. I do believe the Edaville got all their locomotives and some equipment from the Maine 2 foot gage lines in the first place though.
