Southbound train #16 climbing out of the Soo valley passing Green River just past the midway point of the 1 hour climb upto Mons from Pemberton.
The forested ridge above the 713 has been devestated by the Mountain Pine Beetle this year. Also, this portion of the BCRail is still a manned pusher district today.
Picture was taken on a very mild and misty day in September 1988.
