JNR Nicchu line

In 1974, JNR operates Nicchu line by C11 + series 60 (Passenger car). Atsushio station had no turntable, then all train for kitagata was backward operation by C11. The train is #622 for kitagata, leads by C11.

Currently, Nicchu line was already closed, alternated by JR East bus. Only kitagata station is open for Banetsu-saisen line.
