Here 2nd #14 is holding the main at Tisdal and will be overtaken by #2 in about a half an hour. (#16 was usually annulled if a second 14 ran)
About 20 cars back from the locomotives, the train sits on one of the two bridges above Rutherford Creek which were washed out this past October.
The second unit is BCOL 746 which is formerly Oneida & Western 9953.
Notice the blocks of cut Douglas Fir to the left of the train. Plenty of logging closeby and trees in nearby valleys can be a couple of hundred years old.
