Photo is self-explanatory - note the elevator centerpiece. Not that long ago two spurs run through, connecting CPs Sutherland sub with CNs Warman sub through the warehousing district (both now pulled up).
Yes and yes, I believe its a restaurant, two nice passenger cars parked next to it. Sadly they are fakes, built up on CN flats to looks like "old passenger cars", that's why I never bother to get a photo.
 
Depends on how you count...

Most trains on CP run daily, but cancelled when not enough traffic etc. Similarly a 2nd section will be run when there's much traffic...
All Wilkie sub - CP 103/4 & 456/7, 344/5 as req'd
Saskatoon - Dunfernmine/Cory section CP N43/44 (671-6 & 654/5 after Saskatoon) potash
CP tramp job, switch downtown elevators & CN interchange.

Sutherland sub, Saskaton-Sutherland same as Saskatoon - Dunfernmine/Cory
Sutherland - Wynyard - CP 103/4, 454/5, 344/5 & 654/5 as req'd, various potash trains (671-6) off Lanigan sub going to the mines. Lots of locals as well (N40-49 minus N43-44) switching mines, working elevators etc. There's also a local out of Wynyard going N/B to Nipawin (as req'd)
