Sorry, just now saw your comment. I'm thinking that is part of the Hilton Hotel complex. I will double check the next time I'm down there. They suffered a lot of damage from the Leap Year tornado, and I think I can see some boarded-up windows in this view. The west side of the hotel was even worse as far as damage.
