CP'S Watertown Sub
CP Eastbound Intermodal Train at Duplainville, Wi.
Good question, my opinion on this matter is I don't think railroads should ever run a single unit on any train at any time in case something were to happen to the only unit you have. This happened to me 1 time, but the beginning of the trip we had 2 units, but had to give 1 of them away to another train that had engine problems & the only unit I had left was a CSXT ( Former Conrail ) SD50 & we got about 30 miles from Nashville almost at the end of the trip from Birmingham & the SD50 blew an oil line & the unit turned from blue to black, it was a real mess. We got pulled into the next siding by an opposing southbound where we eventually ran out of time. Thanks for the rating
