KCS 34

KCS 34

Kansas City Southern has donated this locomotive to the future railroad museum at Union Station Kansas City.
Cool view of a classic unit. Did KCS retire all of their F's? I guess no more business trains with them anymore. Oh well at least they got saved.

They still have 2 A's and 1 B in the black scheme and they pull the executive train. This unit had been painted black, but was used for spare parts as needed.

Ah so it wasn't operable but a hanger queen. That is good news to hear the rest of the fleet is still running and they didn't scrap this one.
