Greg, it was first listed at $299k, the last I checked late last year it was $199k. At one time in December there was a sign on the door stating the property was in the process of being considered for a liquor license. The for sale sign was still out there when I took this photo Saturday (20 Feb 2010).

I could see a restaurant there with a rail flavor..what kind of neighborhood is it? kind of reminds me of an abandoned two-story house in Big Sandy...If I hit the lotto I would love to buy it and refurbish it and either live there or turn it into a railroad bed & breakfast....

It's a mixed neighborhood of historic homes and lower class homes. Now they had a property on the other side of the tracks (sun to your back side)for $80k and still on the curve. Until I win the lottery...
