CN 2246 and 6011 and caboose 79500 In Brandon, Manitoba by 1st street yards.
Also i live in Redvers Sask and if you look at my gallery 80-85% of my photos are around this area. I railfan the CP Brandon Yard mostly and the CN line that this train is heading on to Bienfiet runs just north of town i pass it everyday when i go to moosomin.
 
If it's loaded, its probably going to the coal burning plant in Estevan. If it's empty, it's probably going to the coal mine at Beinfait.
 
Nice photo, but you may want to check what category you uploaded it to. I don't see any passenger trains...
